Crockpot Chicken Tacos---We had them tonight. They are sooooo good.

Crockpot Chicken Tacos

6 Chicken boneless breasts or your choice.
1 teaspoon Cumin
3 tablespoons Chili powder
3 Garlic cloves or 1+ teaspoon garlic powder
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Onion chopped
1 Can diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth

Put all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours.When chicken is done shred chicken. Blend Pineapple and a little bit of juice.
Cook the corn tortilla with cheese on it.  Top with Sour Cream, Avacado slices, and Pineapple sauce.

I finally tried these but I did them with Pork and they were so good. My family all loved them. It did take a little longer the I thought it would to cook so we had to eat at about 9 but they were worth the wait. I would try them with pork next time.

I add a chopped onion. You may want to try that.

Thats funny you say that. Cuz I always add an onion and I didn't even realize I didn't put it on the recipe. Funny.

I am trying this in Nebraska. Hope it turns out well. I used dry onions instead as the kids saw me going to chop an onion and were having a fit. So I didn't use that onion. I have learned.
