Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo

4-5 chicken breasts
Cover with Italian Seasoning, garlic, salt and Pepper and Grill

1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. Heavy cream
1/8 t. garlic
1/8 t. black pepper
Melt butter and add flour and make a rue. Add cream, garlic and pepper. Simmer 10-12 min until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Serve with Chicken over bow tie noodles.
