Crockpot potato soup

Crockpot Potato Soup

6 Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 c. chopped onion
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
4 c. chicken broth
½ t. dried basil
1 t. dried parsley
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
¼ c. flour
1 ¼ c. half and half
bacon bits
Combine potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, chicken broth, basil, parsley, salt and pepper in crockpot.
Cook on High for 3 hours – till veggies are tender.
Stir together flour and half/half, add to soup.
Cook 30 min more or until hot.
Top with bacon bits
