Zucchini Brownies....yes, I am serious!

I have not actually made these myself yet, but I have eaten a whole lot of them and they are YUMMY! I got this from Jeremy's aunt Maugasa. Enjoy!
Carla's Zucchini Brownies
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. finely grated zucchini (finely grind or put in blender)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased cookie sheet; spread evenly. Bake at 325 degrees. for 15 or 20 minutes or until done. Frost with chocolate frosting, dust with powdered sugar, or eat plain
* * *This is how I mixed my ingredients (You can do it anyway you want. The recipe just says to mix it all together.):First, I creamed the sugar, egg and oil. In a separate bowl, mix together salt, baking soda, flour, and baking powder. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and blend. Add vanilla and blend. Mix zucchini and milk together. Then, add to the rest of the ingredients with cocoa. Blend for two minutes.
