Forrest Gump Raspberry Honey Butter
1 pound butter, unsalted
8 oz honey
8 oz raspberry preserves
1 tsp vanilla
Whip butter until light and fluffy. Add honey, raspberry preserves and vanilla. Continue to whip until mixed.

just for the record, i use salted butter and i half the recipe. it makes more than enough!!
