Cowboy Salsa

3 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 c. frozen corn
1/2-3/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 c. black eye peas (drained and rinsed)
2 avocados, chopped (add before serving)
½ bottle Hendrickson’s dressing

Mix all ingredients, serve with chips
