Lemon-Herb Salmon

1 (1 1/2 lb.) salmon fillet
3 tsp. fresh dill or 1 ½ tsp. dill weed
½ tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
½ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. garlic powder

Sprinkle dill, lemon-pepper, salt and garlic powder over salmon and put in Ziploc bag with marinade. 

Marinade:
¼ c. packed brown sugar
3 T. chicken broth
3 T. canola oil
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. green onions, finely chopped
2-4 garlic cloves

Refrigerate 2 hours. Discard marinade and place salmon in foil pouch’ arrange lemon and yellow onion slices on top. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
