Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

1 8oz package angel hair pasta
2 t. olive oil

1 8oz package angel hair pasta
2 t. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1-4 cloves garlic
2 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1-4 cloves garlic

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped basil
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Cook Noodles till done.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute the onions and garlic. Stir in the tomatoes, chicken, basil, salt and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat to medium, and cover skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot and tomatoes are soft.
Toss Angel Hair Pasta and sauce till noodles are coated. Top with Parmesan cheese.
**On this recipe I put 1-4 cloves garlic. In my oppinion the more garlic the better so use your best judgement. Enjoy!!
