Corn Bread and Honey Butter
















This really is the best corn bread I have ever had. You'll want to try it out for sure. You'll be glad you did!

Corn Bread- The Best Ever
1 cube margarine
¾ cup sugar
4 eggs
1 15 oz can cream corn
¼ tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup grated cheese (½ jack and ½ cheddar or whatever combination you want to use)

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in rest of ingredients, folding in cheese last.
Bake in ungreased 8x12 inch pan at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.

Honey Butter
whip together 1/2 cup butter spread and 1/2 cup honey until fluffy
