apple muffin


apple muffin
1 1/2 cup non-fat bisquick mix
1 egg
1/4 applesauce
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c grated apple
1 /2 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
mix just enough to make dry ingredients moist
bake 350 degrees for 12 mins enjoy
