Spinach Salad

1 bunch fresh spinach
½ can honey roasted peanuts
1 ½ c. red seedless grapes, cut in half
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Dressing
½ c. canola oil 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
¼ c. sugar 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all dressing ingredients and toss with all salad ingredients.
